RELAXATION TECHNIQUES
Include gentle massage, breath work, meditation, essential oils. This is a gentle modality aimed at reducing stress and promoting relaxation by soothing the nervous system. It improves oxygen flow to the bloodstream, which helps release toxins that build up in the muscles. This is generally incorporated into you sessions as you request to aid relaxation alongside addressing you physical concerns.
MEDICAL MASSAGE

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialized technique stimulating the lymphatic system to improve the ability to absorb and transport fluid. It is combined with manual therapy techniques to open restrictions in the body that are contributing to blockages and restrictions causing stagnation of the fluid. We combine it with red light/infrared therapy, castor oil packs, vibration plate, rebounding as indicated.
It is used for post surgery recovery, swelling with acute injuries, sinus issues, general health and detoxing, lymphedema and lipodema.
It is used for medically necessary surgeries; knee replacements, repairs, abdominal surgeries, etc.
Elective surgeries including; tummy tuck, lipo, lifts etc.
We can get a medical release and clear with your surgeon and healthcare providers as needed.

CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that evaluates and addresses restriction in the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
This technique uses light pressure, gentle holds and movements to release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST works to enhance the function of your central nervous system, which in turn, oversees every other system in your body and can help to address the following physical issues:
Musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, migraines, tinnitus, somatic conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep.
For maximum results, we combine CST with myofacial release techniques, red light and infrared therapy, when indicated.
CST is ideal for babies with tongue tie and trauma from birth, children, pregnant mothers, the elderly, and adults with sensitive or acutely painful conditions.

CUPPING AND GU SHA
We incorporate cupping and Gua Sha techniques into out bodywork sessions when indicated for maximum results. This can be used to treat and prevent imbalance in the body, chronic and acute muscular skeletal conditions and injuries.
Cupping can also be used to address congestion in the lymphatic system – sinuses, chest, lymphedema, cellulite. We use caution and modifications with theses conditions.
Gua Sha can be used to release adhesions in the muscles, where they attach to the joints, and for scar tissue.
