Find which practitioner fits best for your needs

All our practitioners are multi-disciplined and the sessions are integrative. This means our practitioner will do an in depth consultation with you in your first appointment to understand what modalities and treatment plan will be most appropriate for you. An integrative session allows you to have session customized to your needs on the day. If you want to receive a spesific modality please let the front desk staff know when you book so we can place you with the right practitioner. Also read the practitioner bios to get to know them and their practice better.
Our practitioners are in high demand and book out in advance. If you do not see an appointment time that is convenient for you please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee we will be able to open up additional availability.

Bodywork + Energy Work Modalities And Techniques

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

Include gentle massage, breath work, meditation, essential oils. This is a gentle modality aimed at reducing stress and promoting relaxation by soothing the nervous system. It improves oxygen flow to the bloodstream, which helps release toxins that build up in the muscles. This is generally incorporated into you sessions as you request to aid relaxation alongside addressing you physical concerns.

 MEDICAL MASSAGE

This is an integration of modalities used to address specific concerns, such as pain management, injury and surgery prevention and recovery, sports goals, postural correction. It is also used to address symptoms associated with auto-immune, Lyme disease, and more.
Techniques include: Deep tissue; Myofacial release; Trigger point therapy; Neuromuscular therapy, Sports massage; Positional release;  Range of motion, Active and Passive release, stretching and mobility techniques.
We will assess your symptoms and goals to suggest a plan for your therapy sessions, This can range from regular 30 minute sessions to longer full body 90 minute sessions.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialized technique stimulating the lymphatic system to improve the ability to absorb and transport fluid. It is combined with manual therapy techniques to open restrictions in the body that are contributing to blockages and restrictions causing stagnation of the fluid. We combine it with red light/infrared therapy, castor oil packs, vibration plate, rebounding as indicated.
It is used for post surgery recovery, swelling with acute injuries, sinus issues, general health and detoxing, lymphedema and lipodema.
It is used for medically necessary surgeries; knee replacements, repairs, abdominal surgeries, etc.
Elective surgeries including; tummy tuck, lipo, lifts etc.
We can get a medical release and clear with your surgeon and healthcare providers as needed.

CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that evaluates and addresses restriction in the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
This technique uses light pressure, gentle holds and movements to release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST works to enhance the function of your central nervous system, which in turn, oversees every other system in your body and can help to address the following physical issues:
Musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, migraines, tinnitus, somatic conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep.
For maximum results, we combine CST with myofacial release techniques, red light and infrared therapy, when indicated.
CST is ideal for babies with tongue tie and trauma from birth, children, pregnant mothers, the elderly, and adults with sensitive or acutely painful conditions.

CUPPING AND GU SHA

We incorporate cupping and Gua Sha techniques into out bodywork sessions when indicated for maximum results. This can be used to treat and prevent imbalance in the body, chronic and acute muscular skeletal conditions and injuries.
Cupping can also be used to address congestion in the lymphatic system – sinuses, chest, lymphedema, cellulite. We use caution and modifications with theses conditions.
Gua Sha can be used to release adhesions in the muscles, where they attach to the joints, and for scar tissue.

PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL CARE

We support you through your pregnancy and into postpartum to help elevate any symptoms of pain, swelling, discomfort, anxiety.
Your session will be in a side-lying position and laying on your back with the table inclined and a comfortable pillow under your knees. We have many cushions, body pillows and bolsters to modify and make you as comfortable as possible! Being pro-active with prenatal care can prevent and reduce issues such as in back pain, headaches, hip pain, sciatica, swelling, and more.

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION

This is a holistic approach to nutrition that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues by using food as medicine, considering individual needs and lifestyle factors to create personalized dietary plans, rather than just treating symptoms with a one-size-fits-all approach. We focus on whole body health, specializing in brain and gut health and whole-body balance.
The nutritionist considers your health history including medical tests, symptoms, current medications and protocols you are following, stress factors, and life trauma. These factors all influence your current health conditions. From this, the nutritionist will create a plan and health protocol for you that will include diet, supplements and herbs, life style changes, additional functional testing when indicated. Each client is assessed individually, including diet, biochemistry, medical history, genetics, environment, stress, and lifestyle. She uses evidence-based nutritional therapies
The goal is to make sustainable changes to improve the quality of your life and reach your health goals!
